I started playing trumpet in the 6th
grade and played in various groups all through high school. I went to OCC
and got an AAS degree in Music and then a BM from Syracuse University in
Music Industry with Performance Honors. From there I went into the Army
and played with the 18th Army Band while stationed at Fort
Devens for two years. I then transferred to The Old Guard Fife and Drum
Corps, the Official Escort to the President of the United States, in
Washington, DC, where I will retire from the Army in December 2006.
