7^th-12 grade SE Pa;  1 year big band in college;  started up again when youngest was doing musicals under Dave Borden; Have taken 5 years of lessons with David Richey, now retired from the RPO.

Other Bands Play(ed) With:

Michigan State University Alumni Concert Band—two European tours; one to western Canada planned for summer of 2007.  Lehigh Station Bones.  Livingston Philharmonic Orchestra (formerly Avon Symphony)

What you most enjoy, or find especially fulfilling, about being a part of Community Band:

The challenge of learning new music & performing.  Really a great group of people with a good person with talent as a conductor.

I find myself whistling it all from time to time.
